accounting for Hong Kong SMEs
In view of the new financial reporting standards for SMEs in Hong Kong, I have worked for months to build the suitable accounting systems.
The work is hard, if not painful. Major concern is the costing. Therefore, I develop it in product style and providing custom selections. This way will have a lower custom production price.
First, I have to check the guidelines suggested by the IFAC (International Federation of Accountants). Then I have to check the requirements according to the SME-FRS by HKICPA (HK Institute of Certified Public Accountants). Finally, I have to find ways to have a high efficient way of accounting operations.
Now, the project is almost completed and scheduled to supply in May 2006. For promoting this project, I have built a new web site, accounting.uscforesight.com, to support coming clients.
By checking a lot of accounting related sites and blogs, I have found that it would be good to have a clean and simple website about accounting.
The new website will be developed with these two principles.
